I’m not doing much right on this year’s vacation (donuts anyone?) but I did promise myself and my sister who is here with me that I would make breakfast smoothies every day. We’re light on produce since everything is more expensive here in this beach town but we came up with a pretty delicious concoction this morning: Vacay Greens.
- 4 Kale Leaves (remove from stem)
- 8 fresh strawberries
- 1/2 peeled cucumber
- 2 tablespoons Shaklee Cinch Vanilla powder (protein)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon and one small piece of lemon zest
Blend and enjoy. Cheers!
