We’re back home from ten days on vacation so it’s time for some serious detox around here! We are in desperate need of vegetables so this week’s menu is heavy on fresh, clean, and mostly raw food.
Monday: Spinach Salad with Mushrooms, Tomato and vinagrette
Tuesday: Nitrate Free Hot Dogs & Arugula salad (Kids only. I’m out for work.)
Wednesday: Quinoa with capers and lemon
Thursday: Arugula Wrap
Friday: Cucumber, Blueberry Salad from My Judy the Foodie and Homemade pizza
Weekend:Leftovers at the beach
